Please send your parcel back to us at the address below inserting the original paperwork with a note for an exchange for a different size or refund request with the reason for your return (this just helps us to improve our product offering).

A refund will be granted providing the item is returned in its original condition* within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please note that an items covered in dog hair are deemed damaged and not in original condition so please remove any dog hair before returning. 

Please note that clearance and sale items (including last chance to buy) are exchange only or credit note (2 months). 


All items must be returned in the condition they were received*, with the tags still attached and in original packaging.

We are normally super fast with returns and try to process them the same day received back. However, sometimes we get busy! So, please do give us up to 7 days to process your return.

Refunds will be credited back to the same card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Do remember it can take your bank up to 7 working days to show your refund in your account once processed, although it's usually much quicker.

Please Note:


The item is your responsibility until it reaches us
We recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery and that you keep a copy of your receipt


Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
If you'd like to return your order, the original delivery charge will be deducted from the total refund


If you received free UK delivery (over £49 spend) but would like to return your whole order or an item that brings your total spend under £39, a £3.95 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund (or £8 for bed purchases). 


In the rare and unfortunate case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.


Non returnable items:
Any items that are used, damaged or stained
Personalised items
Sale/clearance items (you'll receive credit only)
Items not in their original packaging/tags

*Returns received in damaged or worn condition. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration (due, for example, to your having used the items, or need cleaning from dog hair) up to the price of the items from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled. If it is not resaleable with a deduction we will return the item to you.
